Energy Reduction Measures in Response to Extreme Heat

Due to the extreme heat and the need to reduce energy usage on campus, classes may be moved to different buildings. Affected instructors and students will be notified directly. Students should check their emails regarding classroom notifications. Office staff are mostly remote from 4:00pm to 5:30pm on 6/24 and 6/25.

CUNY Research Scholars Program

The CUNY Research Scholars Program (CRSP) is a unique opportunity that provides funded research experiences exclusively for associate degree students over one academic year. The program's primary goal is to enhance the involvement of high-achieving undergraduate students in authentic research across various disciplines.

CRSP participants must be full-time associate degree students and commit to participating in the program for one full academic year plus the summer. Students receive a $5,000 stipend for their participation and present their findings at the CSI Undergraduate Conference and CUNY-wide CRSP Symposium.

Students must complete an online application to be considered for the program.  The flyer and online application for the 2024-2025 academic year is now available. The program is highly competitive, and only a limited number of students are accepted each year.
